A few spots and markings to the leaves occasional creasing and some off-setting to the text. James Henry Lewis was a stenographer who wrote on shorthand. These orations provide a heroic account of Wellington's strategy and eventual victory over Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo. This volume is split into two parts containing 'The Battle of Waterloo. An Oration on the Military Exploits of the Duke of Wellington' followed by 'The Rise and Fall of Buonaparte. An Oration Extracted from the Actions of the Extraordinary Man' but were issued together in this volume. Scarce. Held only ay the NLS BL York and Open University libraries. . Good.
