All of the issues except the last five are in large format and includes the August 1969 OPAR Press index "A Guide to Issues Nos. 1 - 25 &c Supplements" The map of Barsoom in the centerfold of issue 6 is intact the 1963 color print of "Tarzan fighting the King of the Beasts" by Neal Macdonald limited to 100 copies is also included though never issued as a supplement; only underwritten by the editor and advertised as being available for separate sale and the seldom found Forgotten Sea of Mars a sequel to Llana of Gathol by Michael Risnick issued as a free supplement to ERBdom issue 12; also with issue 14 containing the first full-color covers. Minor wear to the first two mimeographed issues but overall the physical condition is very good plus to near-fine. The early issues of ERB-dom are seldom found complete so this is truly a rare opportunity to acquire this important publication distinguished for high quality production and content.</p><p>Important bibliographical and original research articles are included: on the various making of TARZAN films the serial comic strips Tarzan phonograph records features on individual illustrators of Tarzan artists and cartoonists of ERB biographies of actors who portrayed Tarzan a visit to Tarzana British dust-jackets the world of Pellucidar and Barsoom studying the acorn ornament and its importance on the 1914 spine imprint first edition ERB and the Silent Screen an introduction to ERB first editions sources and influences for ERB writings &c. Alltold a treasure trove of checklists and information not easily found elsewhere. Even Heins' bibliography refers readers to check out specific details in this journal.
