The scene shows Japanese wheelwrite and carpenters at work cutting hauling and chiseling wood 28.5 x 40.5 cm. An excellent full-page view of two coolies pulling a large wagon with two other pushing. Other surrouonding this are carpenters hauling working on and splitting wood. Two other eat lunch while a maiden delivers a basket of rice. A very nice woodcut illustration. . unknown

The second text with title: EXECUTION OF TWO OF THE MURDERS OF THE BRITISH OFFICERS IN JAPAN. Concerns the case of insurgents cutting down British officers.
