brossura È passato più di un anno dall'entrata in vigore della legge 162/2014 che ha rivoluzionato la procedura di separazione e divorzio, rendendola possibile di fronte all'Ufficiale dello stato civile, al di fuori delle aule dei Tribunali, senza alcun intervento dell'Autorità Giudiziaria. Nel corso di questo periodo, sono state emanate circolari ministeriali; linee guida e indicazioni operative sono state diffuse da alcune Procure della Repubblica e dall'Ordine degli Avvocati; seminari di studio, convegni e confronti dottrinali hanno approfondito diverse problematiche che la normativa presenta. Ne è emerso un quadro più definito e certo, che consente di chiarire e precisare gli adempimenti che conseguono all'applicazione della legge, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'Ufficiale dello stato civile, chiamato a svolgere un ruolo fondamentale. Con l'entrata in vigore, poi, della legge 55/2015, che ha ridotto notevolmente i tempi della separazione, rendendo il divorzio molto più rapido, l'Ufficiale ha visto aumentare notevolmente il suo impegno. Tutto ciò ha sollecitato un necessario aggiornamento ed ampliamento del testo alla luce della nuova normativa e degli orientamenti emersi. Questa seconda edizione risulta inoltre ampliata nella parte dedicata alla modulistica e completata con un nuova sezione dedicata all'analisi di casi concreti.
