Anche nella fase patologica, la famiglia deve essere posta al centro dell'attenzione. Vi è ancora troppa violenza nelle relazioni familiari, troppe nuove povertà, troppi figli contesi come se fossero oggetti di proprietà. Molte cose sono cambiate negli ultimi anni a livello normativo, ma la svolta, quella vera, deve ancora arrivare.
