"The Official Magazine of the Evanston Golf Club Evanston IL". The magazines ae bound in a hardcover bindings with black pebbled covers and the words "Evanston Golf Club Bulletin 1924 Season" on the front cover. The April 1924 edition shows a photo of "our Club House from the Toboggan Slide" on the front cover. Each magazine has in the range of 25 pages. These magazines are all in Excellent condition - clean and unmarked with no chips or tears. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The covers show some light edgewear. Rogers is wearing his trademark cowboy hat and wielding a hickory shafted putter. Some soiling and thumb tack hole in backing material. Image is very good and crisp. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 124pp. The story of the Club from the day in October 1889 when a few men acquired 'golfing rights' over some farmland near Alderley Edge. Initially the land was shared with cattle ansd sheep.

Minor repairs to the joints of the illustrated box top which is a little sunned and dust-soiled. The unprinted box bottom has had several voids neatly supplied in facsimile. Box size 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 x 1 inch. Four color scenes of pairs of children playing golf in Victorian attire are illustrated on the box top; present here are three of those four illustrating 12 folded sheets of notepaper initialed by the artist W.
