Importante edizione in lingua italiana, curata da Francesco Sansovino, del famoso trattato di economia rurale composto dal noto agronomo italiano del medioevo Piero de Crescenzio (1230-1320), profondo conoscitore e studioso dei testi di Catone, Varrone, Palladio, Columella, ed altri, nonché basato sulle sue esperianze naturalistiche personali in quel campo. In 8 oblungo, cm 28 x 19,5, 20 tavole litografiche in nero e seppia. Mezza pelle coeva. Elegante album stampato a Torino dal litografo Junk, francese d'origine ma torinese d'adozione. Fu attivo a partire dal 1840 fino al 1872. L'album, montato come raccolta di stampe (con numerazione continua da 1 a 20) non doveva presentare alcun frontespizio all'origine, probabilmente sostituito da una brossura posticcia.
