Pages 581 to 592 are misnumbered and one sheet is loose but inserted. Ex-libris Franklin D. Richards with his primitive tiny postal labels attached to some issues. Franklin D. Richards was a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the Church of Latter Day Saints from 1849 until his death in 1899. This is an important run of the paper chronicling life in the Utah Territory with many interesting ads.
