Published in the UK as "Shrunken Heads" by Macdonald the book was issued the next year as a trade paperback by Futura back under the original title of "When the Bough Breaks." This is a first edition of Shrunken Heads in a variant jacket which acted as a promotion for the Futura paperback. The jacket shows the paperback cover with some review blurbs below and on the back has information regarding the advertising campaign publishing and marketing etc. as you would see on an advance copy.
