Chez Georges Rapilly 1915 très bon état L'ouvrage parut en réalité en mars 1916 : il était prévu pour les commémorations du premier centenaire de la bataille. Les hasards de l'histoire firent que, cette année 1915, la presque totalité du royaume de Belgique était occupée. Il y eut bien des cérémonies sur le site de Waterloo cette année-là, mais elles furent exclusivement prussiennes et autrichiennes, les autres nations qui avaient pris part aux combats de 1815, n'ayant pas pu y participer.
