L'opera riguarda i fatti storici lombardi (la distruzione di Biandrate, Federico Barbarossa, ecc). Le prime 20 pagine contengono il "Cenno storico sulla Lega Lombarda", mentre in fine al volume sono raccolte utili note storiche che esemplificano al lettore il quadro storico nel quale si svolgono i fatti. L'esemplare si presenta all'interno in buone condizioni di conservazione e a fogli ancora chiusi. Non comune.
