Includes photographs of the Soviet Military Commanders battle scenes during WWII the political organization weapons and material the satellite armed forces etc.<br /> <br /> Illustrated with no less than 231 photogravures and two b/w illustrations depicting the Order of Lenin and the Soviet Union's coat of arms this book was published as a supplement to "Notes sur l'Armée Russe" also published by the High Command of the French Army in 1949.<br /> <br /> Covers bowed with minor and sporadic soiling. Upper margin of front cover partly creased. Small abrasions to cloth at head of spine. Text and captions in French. Binding in overall good- interior in very good condition.
