Stele erected in 1861 in Canton Guangzhou City in GuangTong Province in China.</p><p>Very big size on a whole thick rice paper 152cm X 98cm The original stone had been demolished long long ago. This rubbing is the only one found in the world. Folded a few wears at edges. Both text and pictures were fine copied and undamaged but had some folds.</p><p>Rubbing is an ancient Chinese method to copy text and pictures on stone or on bronze wares by hand.</p>

Le présent dessin imprimé sur Japon représente le général Kœnig en uniforme, lisant un document, cigarette aux lèvres. Le portrait est légendé en bas : « GÉNÉRAL KŒNIG — Commandant en Chef des Forces Françaises de l’Intérieur » et signé à l’encre par le général, avec la date : 25/V/47. Dimensions : 15,9 x 24,8 cm. No. 136 March 21 1918' providing information for and colour diagrams of special projectiles used by the German army. A very scarce and interesting guide to German projectiles used in the First World War used to inform the French Army. With 113 colour diagrams this work gives facts and figures for the explosive shells shrapnel trench bombs and gas projectiles used by the German forces. Written in the original French this work includes a table of characteristics of enemy projectiles and a guide to identification. In the publisher's original quarter cloth binding with the original paper boards. Externally generally smart with a little damp staining to the rear board and spine. Internally firmly bound.
