As the vicar general Miguel Franco de Villalva translated this work at the request of the Archbisop of Zaragoza.<br>Â Â Â Â WorldCat locates only six U.S. institutions reporting ownership none of which according to their OPAC MARC views are complete each lacking one or both plates; this copy lacks the engraved frontispiece of Ximenez by Gérard Edelinck and a second plate but does offer several woodcut initials and head- and tailpieces. <br>Â Â Â Â <br>Â Â Â Â Palau 92127. Contemporary limp vellum inked lettering and ruling on spine evidence of onetime ties all edges speckled blue; text block starting to separate from front cover small chip from back cover. Lacking frontispiece and plate as above title-page with an area of loss repaired and print replicated in old ink facsimile; text browned and a few leaves including title-page darkened darkened across top three leaves repaired at foremargins one closely trimmed catchword a few spots or stains and creases.
