Photo and calling card inscription and 3 signatures. Colonel Armand Jean Galliot Joseph de Turenne Marquis de Turenne d'Aubepeyre and Général Auguste Joseph Marie Lahoulle French World War I Fighter Aces photo signed by both card inscribed both sides and signed by de Turenne. Photo is 5" x 3 1/2". Undated but circa 1967 given to an American collector. Fine but for a small piece of clear tap at right edge of photo see scan. De Turenne mentions the victory count for both flyers on the photo. He also mentions "2 photos" but only one is here. De Turenne's calling card is 3 1/4" x 2 3/8" Fine with minimal age toning. See scans. De Turenne scored 15 air victories for a wide variety of units and commands and earned the Légion d'honneurthe Médaille militaire the Croix de Guerre all French as well as the Military Cross Britain and the Croix de Guerre Belgium medals. He later served as commander of two units during World War II. Lahoulle had ten confirmed aerial victories during World War I also with a variety of units. He earned the Légion d'honneur and the Croix de Guerre with seven palmes an étoile de vermeil and an étoile de bronze medals. IN World War II Lahoulle commanded fighters stationed at Rabat Morocco during which duty he attained his rank of General.
