About The Author:- Gargi Sengupta, author of the book Participatory Governance in the Context of Secession: A Case Study of Bangladesh, is presently working as Assistant Professor (Ad-hoc) in the Department of Political Science, of Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. ABOUT THE BOOK:- The Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) have come to stay in India. Time has come to take stock of the experiences gained so far in the working of the PRIs in various states.
