Ayrıca sikkelerin üzerinde yer alan motif sembol ve heraldik düzenlemelerin belirlenmesiyle medeniyetlere özgü bezeme özellikleri incelenmiş tipoloji oluşumuna zemin hazırlanmıştır. Dönemlerin kendi içlerine özgü magistratları anlaşılmış sosyo-ekonomik değerlendirmelerin yapılabilmesine olanak sağlayan veriler ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
