Il indique comment rencontrer Alexandre Ledru-Rollin (1807-1874), député du Vaucluse depuis le 1er mars, qui vit à Fontenay-aux-Roses, mentionnant Jean-Baptiste Saint-Martin (1840-1926), futur député du Vaucluse, les « infamies commises » par les légitimistes (non nommés ici mais il s'agit bien d'eux) qu'il faut documenter précisément afin que Naquet en parle à la tribune de l'assemblée. Cette troisième édition, encore une fois très remaniée comporte un avertissement de l'éditeur, ami de Sénancour et une nouvelle préface de l'auteur. Certaines longues notes de la seconde édition ont été intégrées au texte. Merlant, Bibliographie des oeuvres de Sénancour, 25 et suivantes. A noter qu'une quatrième édition, publiée en 1834 et se voulant la plus complète et définitive, ne comporte que peu de différences avec cette troisième édition. Petites piqûres sinon bon exemplaire. Pas un mot dans cette édition de De l'amour de Stendhal paru cette même année 1829. De l'amour de Sénancour constitue une véritable physiologie du mariage avec une défense particulière...du divorce.
