A modern Jew, perhaps for the first time, analyzes western civilization as an expression of the Gentile way of life and shows where this clashes with the nature and spiritual impulses of the Jew. - paraphrased from front flap of replica dust jacket included with this copy. "We Jews, we, the destroyers, will remain the destroyers for ever. Nothing that you will do will meet our needs and demands - The wretched fate which scattered us through your midst has thrust this unwelcome role upon us." - p. 155. "I console myself with the thought that if this book offends by its assertiveness, God knows that the infinite tactfulness of thousands of other Jews seems to have offended no less. Whatever we do we are damned - and I would rather be damned standing up than lying down." - p. 221. "Born in Romania, Maurice Samuel [1895-1972] moved to the United States in 1914. A Jewish intellectual and writer, he is best known for You Gentiles." - Wikipedia. [6], 7-221pp. 7.75" x 5.5". Narrow opening in binding at title page. Unmarked with average wear and soiling. Book
This copy is a 1957 second printing of the 1956 first edition. 310 pages. Black and white photographic plates. "For thirty-seven years Harry M. Hoxsey has been one of the most controversial figures in American medicine. During that period thousands of patients - many of them declared "hopeless" by their own doctors - have taken the Hoxsey treatment. Today, five, ten, in some instances twenty years later, a suprising number of them are still alive, apparently in good health, with no discernible evidence of the deadly disease. They hail Hoxsey as a modern 'miracle man'. On the other hand, he has been branded as 'America's Number One Cancer Quack and Charlatan' - his treatment denounced as worthless... Convinced his treatment can save as many as eight out of ten cancer victims if applied in time, Dr. Hoxsey has undertaken in this book to bring his startling story in full before the public for the first time." - from dust jacket. Average wear to unmarked book. Binding sound. Pages have yellowed with age. Blemish on top edge of textblock is 1.5 inch by 0.5 inch. Somewhat above-average wear to dust jacket which is now preserved in glossy new archival-grade Brodart cover. A sound copy of this important medical history. Book

271 pages. "Ultimately, all we need to defeat the New World Order imperialists is truth; we don't need a lot of myths and misinformation to win the war. 152 pages. Black and white photographic plates. "This book does not claim to have said anything new, but is rather a reviewing of an old story through an individual lens which may bring into a new perspective the leading characters and events of that story. It is a story that can never be exhausted, and is always unfolding; that fact, and the narrow, unsatisfactory method of disconnecting teaching, and spiritualising in general practice, are my excuses for attempting to give it as one continual history, 'The Drama of the Ages', whose pivotal centre is Christ Himself and His teaching." - from Preface. Above-average wear to blue boards. Infrequent high-lighting to contents. Sound reference copy. Book

"My initial reaction to this book was anger and irritation. I was almost throwing it down, when I asked myself why I was getting so annoyed. Now I can say with certainty, that if you can take this book to the end, it will broaden your perspective and provide an insight few possess." - Franz Schmitt. Clean, bright and unmarked. Excellent copy. Book
160 pages. "Its sole object is to bring to the notice of the public the source of our economic, financial, health, and other troubles. Do not let the reader be deceived into believing that this book is anti-Semitic. Actually it is just the opposite, the writer himself being of Semitic Judah, and therefore wishing to point out that there are two types of so-called Jews, the real Semitic Jew and the Ashkenazim so-called Jew who is a convert to Judaism only, ostensibly by religion, but not by blood." - from preface. Unmarked with light wear. Tight and square. A quality copy. Book

[9], 10-320 pages. Name Index. Subject index. Dedicated to Arthur Kitson, "the British pioneer of the new economics, to whose writings the author owes his initial interest in the fascinating problems of wealth and currency." - dedication page. Soddy [1877-1956] was awarded the 1921 Nobel Prize for Chemistry for his work related to isotopes and the transmutation of elements resulting from radiation. Inspired by Kitson, he began writing about economics in 1921, focussing on monetary policy and the role of energy in economic systems. "Soddy's economic writings were largely ignored in his time, but would later be applied to the development of ecological economics in the late 20th century." - E. Zencey. On page 289 Soddy footnotes the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, stating "It is very widely believed that there has been something akin to an actual financial conspiracy to enslave the world." "But of the existence of a real conspiracy - a conspiracy of silence - on all monetary problems, in the Press and on political platforms, among editors, publishers and economists, who more than any others ought to be alive and awake to their infinite importance - there can be no question whatever." - p.291. "It was indeed a revelation to the author, accustomed to think of the battle for liberty of thought in scientific matters as having been fought and won centuries ago at the time of Galileo and the Inquisition, to find that in economics, as distinct from physics, it has not yet been won at all. If economics were really a science it would not need to protect itself from criticism by a conspiracy of silence." - p.292. Relatively minor marginal ink markings to thirteen pages. Front free endpaper removed. Ink stamp of "Technocracy Inc., Continental Headquarters, New York City" upon half-title. Front hinge starting. Above-average wear to publisher's green cloth. These are impelled by a spirit which looks back to the east, to the days of tyrant and slave, of luxury and misery, and incidentally to the suppression of western culture...
