Very Good Turkish Original periodical. Pages are uncut and untrimmed. 4to. (29 x 20 cm). In Turkish. 20 p. Hüseyin Nihâl Atsiz was a prominent Turkish nationalist writer, novelist, poet, and philosopher. Nihâl Atsiz identified as a racist, Pan-Turkist, and Turanist, and was claimed to be a sympathizer of the Nazi government, but he denied it. He was the author of over 30 books and numerous articles. He was in strong opposition to the government of Ismet Inönü, which he criticized for co-operating with the communists. He was accused of plotting to overthrow the government. He first studied at the Military School of Medicine but was expelled due to his ultra-nationalist views and activities. He then began to study at the Teachers College in Istanbul and the Istanbul University School of Literature and graduated from both in 1930. Following he became assistant to Professor Fuat Köprülü at Istanbul University. He challenged the Turkish History Thesis and following this incident he was dismissed from the University. After he worked in different high schools as a teacher and was a researcher at the Süleymaniye Library from 1949 until 1969. After his retirement in 1969, he kept publishing Ötüken. His last magazine Ötuken was published from 1964 to 1975.

Very Good Turkish Paperback. Demy 8vo. (21 x 14 cm). In Turkish. 27, [1] p., unnumbered b/w plates and one screen print color plate by Kayihan Keskinok. Feyzoglu wrote several books in different fields in Turkish literature like "Atatürkçe", "Sapaneli", "Ates ve Inanç", "Uçurtma", "Sultankiz", "Canerigi", "Utangaç Çiçek", "Atatürk Ilkeleri ve Inkilabimiz" is a teacher with a military background. Teachers' Day celebrated every November 24 in Turkey is his idea that he offered. This book contains three traditional Turkish tales. Tales were shortened by the author, and didactic elements in fairy tales were strengthened. This book was illustrated by Kayihan Keskinok, (1923-2015), who was a Turkish artist. He studied at Gazi Institute of Education, Department of Painting between 1942 and 1945. He later worked at Refik Epikman and Malik Aksel workshops. He worked as an assistant in Lausanne, to where he went on a scholarship granted by the Swiss Government, in the School of Arts between 1960 and 1961. He had more than sixty solo exhibitions and received nine awards, among which Ministry of Culture 50th Year Contest, Atatürk and Republic Award in 1973 and Ministry of Culture, Atatürk and his Reforms Painting Contest, First Prize in 1981 can be cited. The artist pursues his work through materialism that is based on poetic, creative, imaginary inspirations. Since 1983, he has been the director of his own workshop and works as an independent artist. All illustrations inside the book including screenprint one well were printed only in this book. The first fairy tale in this book is a "Keloglan [i.e. Bald boy]" tale which is a fictional character in Turkish culture and fairy tales. A well-known character in Turkish folklore, Keloglan -also known as Kelesoglan- has the problem of being bald from birth. He represents the Anatolian people who can have big dreams, who are virtuous, prudent, a little bald, a little romantic, and very sporty as well as very smart. Minor stains on front and back cover. Leningrad, 1974. Affiche couleurs au format 56 * 42 cm et provenant de l'album "L'éducation" du groupe Fighting Pencil (Beovoy Karendash) de Leningrad. Petites déchirures sans manque en bord. C'est au cours de Décembre 1939 ques des artistes de leningrad décident de créer le groupe Fighting pencil et produisent des affiches de propagande ou des affiches de caricature. Ses membres fondateurs étaient les artistes graphiques Ivan Astapov, Orest Vireysky, Valentin Kirdov, Vladimir Galba, Nikolai Muratov et Boris Semionov. La première affiche collective a été publié sur le sujet de la Guerre d' Hiver contre la Finlande," arbre de Noël..." et entièrement peinte à la main. La première période de la "Bataille des Crayon" a pris fin avec la fin de la guerre avec la Finlande au printemps de 1940. En Octobre 1943, la première exposition du groupe Fighting Pencil s'ouvre à Moscou, à la Bibliothèque Lénine. Elle gagne l'attention du public, à la fois à Moscou et à Kouibychev ou l'exposition a été transporté. Après un arrêt de quelques années, le groupe reprend ses activités en 1956. Il produit à cette période, des affiches de satires sociales et politiques sur la vie interne en URSS et contre "l'impérialisme mondial", pour mener à bien la propagande politique visant à augmenter les taux de production et de la discipline du travail; à populariser le sport, l'hygiène et les règles de circulation; et la satire de la vie privée. L'association a continué à travailler jusqu'au début des années 1990, rejointe par des artistes tels que MS Belomlinsky, VA Galba, JV Efimovsky, VA Zavyalov, GV Kovenchuk, YP Lobachev et YV Trunev... D'autres affiches sont disponibles, envoi de photos sur demande.

Original-Werbezettel zum Buch von Robert Nilostonski: Der Blutrausch des Bolschewismus. Die Werbeanzeige stammt von ca. 1925 und wurde auf blauem Papier gedruckt. Sie enthält auf der linken Seite eine Abbildung des illustrierten Buchdeckels. Auf der rechten Seite findet sich neben dem langen Untertitel der interessante Zusatz: "Jeder Volks- und Vaterlandsfreund sollte dieses Buch besitzen und es ununterbrochen weiterverleihen; mindestens in jede Bibliothek müßte es eingereiht werden. Dafür zu sorgen ist Pflicht eines jeden, der dem wahnsinnigen Treiben dieser Dunkelmächte gewehrt wissen will." Seltene Archivalie aus den 1920er Jahren zum Feindbild von Bolschewismus und Kommunismus in Deutschland auch Jahre vor der NS-Diktatur!
