The standard work on Edward Bawden, written by Douglas Percy Bliss, for many years the Director of the Glasgow School of Art. Bliss and Bawden had been close friends since they were both fellow students at the Royal College of Art in the early 1920's. Over 100 illustrations including 11 in color. Bibliography.
