br. Il tema della valutazione d'azienda è da tempo al centro di un ampio dibattito nella dottrina economico-aziendale e pone rilevanti problemi nella pratica aziendale e professionale. Le metodologie di stima del capitale economico si possono suddividere in due grandi categorie: dirette ed indirette. Le prime fanno riferimento ai prezzi di mercato; le seconde possono essere riferite a grandezze flusso ed a grandezze stock. Le metodologie basate sui flussi consistono nell'attualizzazione dei risultati reddituali futuri, dei cash flow prospettici o dei dividendi attesi. Tali formule valutative si rivelano di non agevole applicazione a motivo dell'elevato grado di soggettività e della difficoltà che si incontra nella stima dei parametri finanziari e reddituali che le costituiscono. Allo scopo di rendere operative le metodologie valutative riferite a grandezze flusso, nel volume sono esposti i cosiddetti metodi reddituali e finanziari semplificati. I metodi basati su grandezze stock si fondano sulla stima degli elementi patrimoniali materiali e immateriali. Notevole attenzione è rivolta alla valutazione degli elementi immateriali aventi e non aventi valore di mercato. II volume è arricchito con una serie di approfondimenti relativi alla recente crisi finanziaria, al ruolo dei sistemi dì credit rating, alla valutazione delle aziende ad alto rischio e delle aziende in amministrazione controllata.

Nell'attuale contesto competitivo - di mercato e regolamentare - la funzione di Risk Management assume un ruolo strategico non solo in materia di rischi, capitale e liquidità ma anche in relazione all'attività di planning svolta dagli intermediari finanziari. Nuovi compiti e responsabilità operative chiedono oggi al risk manager di allargare il campo delle sue competenze tecniche e di tipo soft, e di farsi portatore all'interno della banca di una cultura del rischio che sia integrata nel complesso dell'azienda. Il volume analizza questa evoluzione alla luce della mole di norme, guidelines e technical standard in materia. Le potenzialità e i limiti delle tecniche di accertamento/previsione della crisi d'impresa costituiscono un ambito di ricerca che, da tempo, attrae l'interesse degli studiosi delle discipline economico-aziendali, in ambito sia nazionale sia internazionale. Ciò può essere giustificato dal fatto che accertare/prevedere precocemente la crisi consente d'intervenire più tempestivamente ed efficacemente al fine di contrastarla/superarla, così da ridurre i costi che essa comporta. Inserendosi in tale contesto, questo volume sviluppa una ricerca volta a verificare le potenzialità e i limiti di modelli di accertamento/previsione della crisi d'impresa basati sugli indici di bilancio relativamente alle imprese italiane che redigono il bilancio in forma abbreviata, questione precedentemente inesplorata. La costruzione dei modelli di riferimento è stata svolta sotto due condizioni specifiche. Da un lato, è stata adottata la stretta prospettiva del soggetto esterno all'impresa. Essa ha portato a limitare la fonte dei dati alla sola informativa di bilancio obbligatoria (nello specifico, agli schemi di stato patrimoniale e conto economico redatti in forma abbreviata). Dall'altro lato, sono state fatte scelte metodologiche che garantissero la massimizzazione del numero di imprese cui i modelli possano essere applicati. Grazie alle due condizioni suddette, si sono costruiti modelli di accertamento/previsione della crisi d'impresa dotati di maggiore utilità pratica: essi, infatti, possono essere utilizzati dalla generalità dei soggetti interessati a valutare lo "stato di salute" di una impresa, non avendo bisogno di informazioni diverse da quelle presenti nel bilancio in forma abbreviata.

Non è sbagliato, anzi, ma a volte ci si dimentica di un altro passo fondamentale: incassare le fatture. In questi casi è necessario intervenire con un'efficace attività di recupero crediti. Farlo non è complesso, ma non bisogna improvvisare e soprattutto bisogna seguire un sistema.
