Mehmed Halid who started his writing and intellectual career with the encouragement of Fuad Köprülü and Yahya Kemal worked as the editor-in-chief of the journal "Düsünce" i.e. Thought 1922 which was published during the Armistice years and later "Anadolu Mecmuasi" i.e. The Anatolian Journal 1924-1925.
