Single 8x10 inch sheet broadside with facsimile printing of the original 1760 poem/prayer on recto and a small Publisher's Notes and limitation number on rear tan paperstock with faux deckle to all edges. Hammon was a Black poet and a slave who became the first African American to be published in America and is considered to be a founder of African American literature.
