Book is in excellent condition except for what appears to be a punch tool mark starting on page 145 and impacted to page 159, cutting a 1/4" x 1/2" rectangle; weird. Book is otherwise very clean with green cloth boards, gilt print at spine, decorative endpapers. Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners with a bit of wear, exterior shows no other blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. Dust jacket shows light signs of shelf wear, some chipping at the edges with a few very small tears, a scratch mark on the back. Book is lavishly illustrated with large b&w & color prints and photos throughout. Historical presentation of set and costume design as well as lots of very impressive designs of the "modern age."
