No entanto estou seguro que o público há-de apreciar devidamente este volume”.</p>_x000d_<p>Única obra em lÃngua portuguesa dedicada à caça do elefante. A outra obra seguinte do mesmo autor que Bulhão Pato refere seria “Das terras do império Vátua à s praças da República Boer” publicada em Lisboa em 1ª edição pela Editora D. Quixote apenas em 1987.</p>_x000d_<p>Descreve a expedição de caça ao elefante no Transvaal efectuada pelo autor onde este reencontrou o Rei Muzila já nos seus tempos do exÃlio. Diocleciano era amigo de Muzila desde 1857 altura em que naufragara nas costas de Inhambane e sendo um dos sobreviventes fizera uma viagem a pé de cerca de quinhentos quilómetros para Sul em direcção ao PresÃdio Laurentino.</p>_x000d_<p>Livro de memórias onde o autor disserta sobre os povos nativos com quem se vai cruzando a sua infantilidade e as suas crenças sobre a escravatura sobre os bóeres os holandeses que se estabeleceram em Ãfrica e a sua formação como comunidades independentes sobre os diversos animais da fauna africana sobre João Albasini entre outros temas.</p>_x000d_<p>Diocleciano Fernandes das Neves - Figueira da Foz 1829 - SauÃne 1883 - Explorador aventureiro e comerciante. Lewis founded his Institute for Physical Education in the spring of 1861 with Cornelius Felton President of Harvard who also served as President of the Institute. The broadsheet quotes an endorsement by Felton of the exercise system developed by Lewis Felton died in February of 1862 helping to date this piece. The course of exercise seems to cure most anything. Separate classes were offered for ladies combined courses for lads and misses and a combined lesson for ladies and gentlemen. Terms 12 lessons at 2 per week $5 24 at 2 per week $9 and six month season ticket at $16.
