Slipcase is damaged at top spine side with impact mark, small tear, otherwise clean. Cet ouvrage de synthèse sur cette matière est spécialement importante par les développements qu’il contient sur le droit de l’extradition à la suite du vote de la loi de 1927 dont il fut un des principaux inspirateurs et qui demeure aujourd’hui encore le texte fondateur du droit positif en la matière.
