Sets out facts and argues that Justice Campbell's Federal Court of Canada decision was correct regarding bias and that Zundel should not have been forced to be judged by a Canadian Human Rights Commission tribunal in the circumstances extant. "In a May 14, 1998 editorial entitle 'Justice Deniers', the Ottawa Citizen wrote that since the Human Rights Tribunal had been found to be systematically biased, 'it is not possible for Mr. Zundel, or anyone else, to have a fair hearing before a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal as these tribunals are now constituted.' Ernst Zundel continues to fight to obtain justice before a fair and impartial tribunal. His case will be the standard against which the rights of all other Canadians will be measured." - from page 2. Includes facsimile of original illustrated and photographed manuscript and its transcription into modern Turkish. The discovery of X-rays (1895) by W.C. Roentgen has been a very important step of the modern civilization as a revolutionary technique for scientists all around the world and it has immediately been applied in medical field. Roentgen apparatus was first installed in Turkey by an intern doctor Esad Feyzi who took the first radiographies at the Imperial Medical School (Istanbul) in 1896. He made use of X-ray method for medical diagnosis later on when Turkish-Greek war broke out in 1897. Esad Feyzi worked in the clinical team led by professor Salih Effendi, MD, at the Yildiz Temporary Military Hospital in Istanbul to take radiographies of soldiers wounded at war in cooperation with the German Red Cross medical delegation. This event is most probably the earliest examples of the application of X-ray technique into military surgery all over the world. Researches have also proven that medical radiography technique was also applied in Greece by Greek and English doctors during that war. This war gave the opportunity to German and British medical teams to use X-ray as a radiographic imaging technique at the two confronting sides that was used in consequent wars in other parts of the world, later on.

Casimir Perier et M. le Maréchal Soult ont reçu chacun un pot-de-vin qui serait de plus d'un million ? " M. Marrast fût condamné à 6 mois de prison. Bon exemplaire. Rare.

"This edict, which has provided independence and tolerance to the ones, who are from another religion, belief, and race, was declared by Mehmed II the Conqueror and prepared in Milodraz after the conquest of Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 28 of 1463. The original edict is still kept in the Franciscan monastery in Fojnica. The Ahdnama of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, which was written in 1463, was the oldest Human Rights Declaration known in history. It was announced 326 years before 1789 French Revolution, 485 years before 1948 International Human Rights Declaration and 29 years before the discovering America. "The son of Sultan Murad Khan, Mehmed the Permanent Conqueror! The signed and shining sealed edict of the conqueror of the world, majestic and great Sultan is as follws: I, Sultan Mehmed Khan, declare to the whole world that the Bosnian Franciscans granted with this imperial edict are under my protection and I command that: No one shall bother and give harm to those who are mentioned, nor their churches. They shall live in security and freedom...".
