A sound copy. Boards. The first edition of this work another edition in the following year removes the Hawles attribution on the title page. Hawles is Sir John Hawles 1645-1716 who wrote a number of legal works.<br/><br/>We find it interesting that in a ready reckoner the majority of the content of this book the authors felt it important to include instructions for those who might be jurymen.<br/><br/>12 copies of the first edition in OCLC including the American Antiquarian Society who notes the following reference citations offered "as is" not having them in our own reference library: Shaw R.R.
