Book detailing the Roman antiquities and artifacts in the Museum at Chesters Northumberland. 432 pages of very informative text accompanied by many photographs drawings and maps. Book is overall bright and clean just some small ink spots to outer edges of pages not inside light foxing to front endpaper and rear endpapers plus the first page after each but not in the rest of the book. Rear endpaper has been repaired at hinge and is now sound outer covers are browned on paper covering the boards and rubbed and worn on edges gold lettering a little dulled.
