All volumes in dark-navy cloth covers which differ in texture and spine lettering due presumably to varying publication dates. Volume I published in 1973 consists of 268 pages with rear foldout. Volume II published in 1975 consists of 189 pages with foldouts. Volume III published in 1981 with rear-pocket illustrations. All volumes tight with some edges heavily bumped. Volume III front cover appears to have ink spots from front decoration incurred possibly during production. Overall in near very good or better condition. Considered an important military cultural and economic center beginning in the Hellenic period the town of Stobi in Macedonia has yielded important archaeological findings that contribute to an understanding of the area. ; .
