Stiff printed card wraps with leatherette texture stapled. Secured in a brown cloth binder illustrated in gilt with the Bergonian Hotel logo. Near Fine. In 1927 the Bergonian Hotel opened at 405 Olive Way the corner of Fourth and Olive and existed as such for four-or-so years before being rechristened the Mayflower; today it's known as the Mayflower Park. The hotel was built during a hotel boom near the downtown retail core it was one of the last hotels completed being surpassed by the Roosevelt Hotel which opened in 1930. This directory was provided by the hotel during its first year of operation. Scarce. The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company unknown
