Zeitgenössische handschriftliche Notate im oberen Teil, sonst gut. Altersentsprechend überaus gut erhalten. Die Speisekarte des damaligen Berghotels Wendelsteinhaus enthält ca. 20 Gerichte von eher einfacher Küche. Auch die Preisangaben sind enthalten mit Beträgen zwischen 0,50 und 3,60 Mark. Auf dem Kopf der besonderen Speisekarte wurden "Freitag, 7. Juni 18" und "Mittag" geschrieben, die Karte änderte sich scheinbar jeden Tag. Äußerst seltene Archivalie aus den letzten Monaten des Ersten Weltkriegs in Bayern!

Es heißt im Text der Beilage: "Deutschen, die während der kommenden Wintermonate das Savoy-Hotel besuchen, werden dort besondere Annehmlichkeiten und Bequemlichkeiten geboten werden und wir erlauben uns daher, Ihnen dieses kleine Buch zu überreichen, das Ihnen einige Einzelheiten dieses berühmtesten und luxuriösesten Hotels Englands - wenn nicht gar der ganzen Welt - geben wird." Vermutlich handelt es sich bei dem Buch um eine Werbung des Hotels selbst oder eines mit diesem verbundenen Reiseveranstalters. Enthalten sind Textteile und zahlreiche montierte fotografische Abbildungen zum Hotel und seiner städtischen Umgebung (schwarz/weiss).
