This is a particularly fine full vellum decorated binding of Hood's works illustrated by Victorian illustrator Gustave Dore. The panel is sunned ornately gilt in textured vellum with a smooth vellum front panel elaborately decroated in gold black blue and red. Board edges have a brass frame and all page edges are gilt.
