Stato. with manuscript fill-in notated here in brackets signed by Vittorio Emanuele III and Benito Mussolini with date stamp of 29 MAR. 1928 Anno VI with various other stamps and annotations with two additional stamps and signatures opposite Mussolini's. Both the form and the manuscript annotations are in Italian. One sheet two pages with full continuation of manuscript on the verso. 36 cm x 27.5 cm.
