Fervent catholique et membre de l'Union de la Paix sociale qui, comme l'ONU, préconisait la paix entre les nations européennes mais sous l'autorité du pape ("la Synarchie"). Ce volume expose l'histoire gouvernementale de la Chrétientée depuis seize siècles. Il fut l'ami de Papus, qui une année après la mort de Saint-Yves, publia un livre "fortement" inspiré par les idées de Saint-Yves sur "l'Archéomètre" (la clé de toutes les religions et de toutes les sciences de l'Antiquité). Papus, après un voyage en Inde, fit publié "Mission de L'inde en Europe" que son auteur aurait détruit à sa sortie de presse en 1886. Il existe une autre hypothèse à cette destruction ; ce serait Saint-Yves qui, sous les ordres de ses Maîtres, aurait détruit le livre qui révèle l'existence d'une société entièrement fermée sur elle-même, l'Agarttha, qui serait un corps enseignant, une université antique issue de l'empire de Ram !! On baigne dans le complot et la révélation à la Dan Brown ! Néanmoins, ce livre est une bonne étude sur l'implantation catholique au sein des gouvernant de l'Europe.
