Slip case in excellent condition with very slight rubbing to edge and fading to part of front. 116pp. A concise history accompanying the wealth of black & white photographs over the years of the town of Leverkusen in North-Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The town was founded in 1930 by employees of the chemical company which became Bayer Chemicals. All text in German.

Very Good German Original color map on cloth. Chipped on folded places. It needs repair. Oblong atlas folio. (46 x 52 cm). Toponyms in German. Shows Kastoria area in Greece. A sheet of the collection of 'The general map of Central Europe'. appeared in the years between 1873-1876 with the work of Joseph Ritter von Scheda, (1815-1888) who was a general, geographer and cartographer.

Catalogues Mackintosh's architectural projects, and shows the extent of his achievements in terms of completed buildings, interiors, alterations, unexecuted designs and competition entries both successful and unpremiated. Each scheme is illustrated with photographs and, where possible, original drawings, and accompanied by a description including notes on its present condition and the whereabouts of original documents. In the case of both the Glasgow School of Art and Hill House, Helensburth ten plates have now been added in colour. Over 170 illustrations.
