Dans les deux différents exemplaires numérisés disponibles sur internet -dont celui de la Bibliothèque de Lyon -, ce feuillet est également absent, des feuillets blancs destinés à recevoir des annotations mais demeurés vierge hormis le premier ont été reliés à la suite de l'ouvrage, anciennes annotations d'épopque, qq. notations au crayon en marge en début d'ouvrage). Bibliophile important de son temps, l'abbé Pierre-Jacques Sepher (1710-1781) avait formé une bibliothèque comprenant environ 30000 volumes, qu'il mettait à la disposition des lettrés et des savants. Une lettre manuscrite de 2 pp. datée de 1751 [?] est collée dans l’ouvrage, et un tapuscrit reproduisant un extrait d’un registre d’état civil est glissé dans le livre: mariages de 1672, texte en latin et en français, annotations manuscrites contemporaines. La lettre manuscrite mentionne M. Jesse, curé de la paroisse de Saint-Romain et le tapuscrit la famille Bastard.
