Incisione al frontespizio dell'antico sigillo della Città di Verona. Alcune incisioni nel testo. Alone d'umido, non deturpante, nella parte superiore del testo. Al centro l'immagine della Vergine e sullo sfondo, presumibilmente, la città di Barcelona, il tutto incorniciato da simboli allegorici.I simboli che contraddistinguono la Vergine addolorata sono le sette spade conficcate nel cuore, il fazzoletto in mano; il vestito viola o nero del lutto; il volto ovale inclinato, occhi grandi, bocca piccola da cui traspare la dentatura e mani giunte con dita intrecciate. Meno frequentemente ha in mano la corona di spine.Il grande sviluppo che ha avuto il culto della Vergine Addolorata in Spagna, dove era stato portato dai Serviti, si ha in particolare dal 1506, con la processione dell'Entierro. Silografia con stupenda forte coloritura a pochoir o maschere. Eccezionali sono l'impressione, la coloritura e lo stato di conservazione. Queste stampe popolari erano destinate ad impressionare i fedeli meno colti e quindi, già di facile deperibilità, venivano spesso mal conservate e perdute: da qui la rarità.Il foglio rientra nella produzione remondiniana della fine del XVIII secolo. Per la produzione ottocentesca venne di solito utilizzata una carta più sottile e fragile di peggiore qualità e con una coloritura giocata su una gamma di colori molto differente sia come tonalità che come composizione Nel XVIII secolo questo genere di carte raggiunse il massimo della qualità e della diffusione; la produzione più consistente si ebbe nelle Imageries populaires di Augsburg, Troyes e Bassano, presso i RemondiniCFR. Draft script for the 1996 film. <br/><br/>Based on the 1978 musical stage production by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber which was in turn based on Rice and Webber's 1976 concept album following the brief life of Argentinean first lady Eva Peron from her impoverished illegitimate beginnings to her later idolatry. The film went through many iterations of production passing between studios and directors with Parker returning to direct in 1994 after having initially rejected the opportunity in 1979. The copy seen here was written by Oliver Stone who was originally slated to direct but would leave the project in 1994 over rising production costs.<br/><br/>Set in Argentina and Europe shot on location in Hungary Argentina Spain and England. <br/><br/>White generic Warner Brothers wrappers.
