incisione originale a bulino e acquaforte (cm 393x523 e margini),bellissima colorazione a pennello di mano coeva. Al centro il Monte di Cuccagna è fatto di formaggio grattato su cui bolle una pentola ripiena di maccheroni e ravioli che cadendo rotolano nel fiume di burro fuso e ognuno ne raccoglie a piacere. Domina il tema del ribaltamento dei valori, già individuato nell'iconografia del "mondo alla rovescia", e quello dell'esaltazione del cibo e dell'abbondanza come desiderio di riscatto e di evasione dalla miseria e dagli stenti del vivere quotidiano. La versione remondiniana di questo classico tema delle stampe a larga diffusione riprende,semplificandolo in più punti, lo schema già adottato dagli stampatori veneti e romani della seconda metà del XVI secolo.
