190192888Buffalo 1901. Probably later 2nd edition. Paperback. Near Fine. 92p. Softcover in original wrapper. 20 cm. A few pencil markings. Two editions or printings in 1901; this version has names and addresses of artists on pages 76-92. Names and addresses of artists are found on pages 131-159 in the other version. The other version omits items 1477-1479 on page 116 which appear in this version on page 65. The other catalog has an awkward sentence on the first page of the catalog which is omitted in this version and replaced by a slightly corrected version of "The Pan-American Art Handbook" statement which appears on the unnumbered page at the end of the other version. The correction is to the price of the catalog which was stated in the text of the other version to be 25 cents on the grounds and 30 cents by mail and then corrected by a small tipped in errata slip to be 35 cents or 40 cents postpaid. The correct price appears in text on the first page in this version. There may be other differences between the two versions since we did not compare the entire texts word for word. OCLC locates one copy of this edition Santa Cruz Public Libraries and does not list the other version. paperback
