The words 御注 can also be translated as emperor's authorship. Text in gilt seal script. Qianlong reigned 1735-1796 was deeply devoted to Buddhism. He personally hand-copied important sutras many times including the Heart Sutra and the Diamond Sutra. This book was probably published for the late 20th century tourist trade. . unknown
