Three legal-size sheets crudely dittoed on one side stapled together at upper left; very good but slight misprinting of the first sheet puts the top half of the title line off the edge. Not found in OCLC which lists only one holding of ephemera from this organization. Statement of minimal criteria for membership in the Red Umbrella radical network. Extensive analogy is drawn with a "deer in the dappled woods." Political contexts range from "sun-lit areas" to "deep shadow" and the responsibilities of member groups and individuals are defined for these various contexts.
