A very good copy in worn and chipped dustwrapper. What makes this copy special is that it has been INSCRIBED twice by Thompson with a hilarious notation that "this is my first one written sold 4th. It was cut from 85000 to 55000 and is terrible - doesn't hang together" Also laid in a typed postcard from Thompson with 16 lines of text and signed off as "Johnny Arco Publishing hardcover books
