The front board has stamped in gilt 'The Minister of Education / The Hon A P Smith ID MP'. The spine has five ridges. It has gilt impressed titling and borders. The boards are most handsome and healthy. Within the contents are very mildly aged. They are benign in their benevolence. The presentation label is foxed. The frontis and end papers have storage foxing and wear. The early and later pages also have flecks of foxing.
