1902rx1292L'Assiette au beurre Revue 1902 In-4 (24,7 x 31,5 cm), broché, numéro spécial de 'L'Assiette au Beurre' consacré à la falsification du lait, nombreux dessins et caricatures à pleine page, en couleurs et en noir et blanc signés Bayard, Caran d'Ache, Abel Faivre, Grandjouan, Louis Morin, etc. Les falsificateurs ajoutaient du bicarbonate de soude dans le lait pour qu'il ne tourne pas trop vite, donnant lieu à des milliers d'empoisonnement et de nombreux décès d'enfants. Cette pratique ne put perdurer qu'avec la complicité d'élus, quand ce n'était pas celle des parents, voire des médecins ; dos frotté et fendu en tête et en queue, quelques rares rousseurs, par ailleurs assez bon état général.
