He is the 71st generation descendant of King Kim Su-ro, a founder of Geumgwan Gaya - the ruling city-state of the Gaya confederacy during the Three Kingdoms, the 10th generation descendant of master of traditional Korean painting Kim Hong-do (Danweon).The inscriptions seem to be in his handwriting.
