Sheward working the dockyards Vancouver British Columbia in 1942. A very full 121 pages of 124 in the 6.25 inches by 3.25 inches page book as Sheward kept meticulous track of his daily duties including checking freight cars guarding offloaded liquor shipments escorting money shipments to Victoria BC chasing miscreants throwing bottles out of railcar windows assisting injured rail yard workers re-sealing opened freight cars and even investigating theft of money on board boats. Lots of mentions of ships plus he also worked at a large rail yard in Coquitlam about 25 miles east of Vancouver.
