Qu’il n’exploite pas durant plusieurs jours. C’est sur les conseils d’un copain qu’il prend enfin contact avec l’agence Gamma. Le début d’une belle carrière.En un quart de siècle Alain Cinquini prendra entre 80.000 et 100.000 clichés de stars parmi les plus grandes devenant l’un des photographes indépendants incontournables du sud de la France et de Monaco. Il entretiendra des relations privilégiées avec des vedettes du cinéma et des artistes comme Armand ou César entre autres. Bref un parcours exemplaire au cours duquel il ne volera jamais une image et ne violera jamais l’intimité de ses « clients ». Tout l’inverse des paparazzis au sens où on l’entend aujourd’hui : « J’ai une façon de travailler dans le respect des personnes sans doute parce que j’ai été élevé ainsi.
