Willisâ€Harper. “In autumn of 1836 in company with Willis he visited Niagara Falls and presumably was briefly in Canada. Journeyed from Halifax to Niagara in1838 completing 117 sepia wash drawings which were engraved and published with text by Willis in a two volume Canadian Scenery in 1840â€DNB. The engravings were produced by Willis Cousen and others. Size: 4to274x211mm. Illustration: The first volume is illustrated by a frontispiece portrait of the artist W.H.
